Founded in 2005, Hailong (Zhangjiagang) Industry Co., Ltd. is a joint venture specialized in manufacturing titanium and titanium alloy products and stainless steel tubes and pipes. Invested with USD25,000,000 by Hailong (Hong Kong) International Developing Group Co., Ltd. and D.R. C&A Corp., our company is located in Zhangjiagang City, which enjoys predominant location beside Yangtze River and nearby Shanghai.

Presently, our company possesses advanced vacuum melting furnaces, hydraulic forging machines, precision Pilger mills, draw benches, precision straightening machines, vacuum annealing furnaces and solution furnaces. We also own professional refining machines such as turning machines, sawing machines and boring machines. Our testing facilities include ET, UT, tensile testers, spectrometers and gas analyzing machines. Our annual capacity reaches to 2,400 metric tons of stainless steel tubes and pipes and 700 metric tons of titanium and titanium-alloy products, among which 500 metric tons are seamless tubes and pipes, 150 metric tons are round bars and special shaped bars, 25 metric tons are wire, 20 metric tons are straps and 5 metric tons are pipe fittings.

We can handle the whole process of titanium producing from titanium sponge, melting to final production. Meanwhile, we can also produce stainless precision tubes and U-bent tubes according to your requirements.
